Concierge Design

Full service design project where all aspects are handled from concept design through to installation.  If you’re dreaming of taking your living space to a level 10, let’s create something beautiful with new furnishings, rug, lighting, etc. If a remodel is what you need, Janzen Design will create a design vision and fully communicate that vision through to construction. Project duration ranges from 3-12 months and is billed via project fee, starting at $10,000.

Design Consult

Is there a project that you want to tackle but don’t know where to start or end?  Or if  you're in the middle of a design project yourself but need to confirm decisions or in need of quick actionable advice, a Design consult is a perfect solution. Examples of Design consult focus are: color/paint consult; shelf accessorizing; or art recommendations to give your living space a custom feel. A design consult leaves you with an actionable plan that you can execute on.  For addresses within 10mile radius. Limit to 90 minutes. Price $550.
